We love dairy – in all its forms! Think of a glass of cold milk with your choc chip cookie, yummy melting cheese toasts, thick clotted cream over steaming apple crumble, buttermilk pancakes dripping with maple syrup, strawberry cheesecake, a frothy cuppacino ….and and and….

These beautiful Holstein-Friesland cows are milked twice a day. Quite a task especially considering there are 150 cows on this dairy farm! Work on a dairy farm starts at dawn and ends at dusk. Cows must be treated with a lot of love, care and patience or else they won’t be very co-operative! And that ain’t no good!
So I Say “Respect to the COWS!”
So…before you decide to throw away that milk that has just “turned” why not make your very own COTTAGE CHEESE and turn something naturally simple into something amazing. Just use whatever leftover milk you have and follow the instructions below.
